the Islington Renewal Corridor will be the testing-ground for low-and mid-rise patterns designs, seeking to achieve the goals outlines in the DCP, while exploring innovative, create and sensitive approached to housing densification. Currently Islington has an estimated population of 2,298 people living in 1,044 dwellings. Your schemes must provide clear and justified figures on how many additional dwellings and occupants can be provided along the renewal corridor, responding to the site controls while providing a diverse range of housing options
